Living 3 1/2 hours away from a dealer wasn't in our initial plans, however from the minute we walked into the front doors we were treated like family and it is that continued support and salesmanship that keeps us coming to the area. I believe one of the things that makes Piedmont stand above the rest is their knowledge of the industry. Their sales staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. Jerry, our salesman helped us with the purchase of 2 KTM's. Brad, at the parts counter (a racer himself) has been a great help in determining the best parts and accessories for our racers and bikes. There has been a couple of times now when we have needed service and they have come through in that area as well. I haven't seen another dealership willing to put so much into customer satisfaction. "What can I say?? For 2yrs I shopped around in 11 counties looking @ bikes and talking to the folks at each dealership before making any decision. I spoke to everyone in each dept at several dealerships within those 11 counties. Each visit that I made to these dealerships was a different experience except at PIEDMONT MOTOR SPORTS. These folks were consistant each and every time I walked through the door. Sales, Parts, & Service Departments were very helpful and honest about any questions that I had, but it didn't stop here. They worked with me and gave me their best price when I purchased my new YAMAHA, but it didn't end here either. They sold my used motorcycle for me which was a big help. No, it didn't end here, the guys in the parts dept helped me with several issues, the ladies in sales very helpful, the service department was very helpful as well and this same professional help continues on with my freinds that I have referred. I would like to thank each and everyone at PIEDMONT MOTOR SPORTS for being so honest and helpful.
Oh, just spoke with someone who dropped in for a tire repair. Says the service department got it fixed within the hour and they were very pleased with the quick turn around.

"Not only have I made what i consider some very strong request by a customer,not once has Piedmont Motorsports let me down.We have 3 racers in the family and the price and service we have gotten on bikes,equipment,etc. has been exceptional.They also have us covered when we get a break from racing and rack up some miles on the street bike.Knowledgable sales staff,huge selection,parts dept second to none and a very experienced service dept.Piedmont Motorsports,a fantastic motorcycling experience!!! "I experienced an alternator failure on the Blue Ridge 800 mile from home and the overall experience was 100%. I highly recomend the service and also the sales dept. While i was waiting for the Honda parts to arrive I was given a loaner to use for the day by the sales dept, not only a day not lost but the opportunity to ride a different bike.
